Production
Your order is coordinated with our selected manufacturing partners. Typically 6–10 weeks after sample approval and order confirmation, depending on product, quantity, finish and any modifications.
Quality Check
Products are checked against the agreed requirements, and we send photographs before dispatch.
Export
Packaging, export documents and shipment are coordinated by us.

Documentation

What do you supply?

Our core collection is solid brass cup pulls, cabinet knobs, wall and coat hooks, and a lion door knocker, each in five finishes. Other existing brass hardware designs, such as handles and pulls, can be checked against your requirements.
What is your minimum order?

From 25 pcs per design/finish.
Do you offer volume pricing?

Volume pricing available from 100 pcs.
Can I get samples?

Complimentary samples may be available for selected B2B enquiries, depending on the products and requirements.
How long does production take?

Typically 6–10 weeks after sample approval and order confirmation, depending on product, quantity, finish and any modifications.
What are your payment terms?
+
Payment terms are agreed at order confirmation and are generally based on advance payment.
Can I sell your products under my own brand?

Private label from 200 pcs. Quantities per design and finish are agreed with you. Your logo on labels applied to our standard packaging. Custom printed boxes are available at higher quantities and quoted separately.
Can you change the size, weight or finish of a design?

Minor modifications to our existing designs, such as a different size, weight or finish, can be discussed. MOQ depends on the modification and is agreed at enquiry, subject to feasibility. Where a modification needs new samples, a sample charge may apply. It is credited against your order.
Are you the manufacturer?

We work with selected specialist manufacturing partners and coordinate specification, finishing, quality checks, packaging and export. You deal with us throughout.
What about import duty?

India has trade agreements with several markets, including the UK and New Zealand. Duty depends on the product classification and origin rules, and we can discuss this for your order.
